Shipping policy
A solid Shipping Policy for beautybrats.in should manage customer expectations regarding delivery times, costs, and the safety of fragile beauty products.
Based on current 2026 industry standards for beauty brands in India, here is a template you can adapt:
1. Shipping Destinations

Domestic: We deliver to over 26,000+ pin codes across India, covering all major metro cities, Tier 2 and Tier 3 towns.

International: We currently only ship within India. * (Optional: Mention that you are working on international shipping if that's in your future plan).*
2. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: Available on all orders above ₹499.

Standard Shipping: A flat fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹2500.

Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional convenience fee of ₹40 applies to all COD orders to cover extra handling costs.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch

Timeline: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM are typically handed over to our courier partners the same day.

Climate Control: For sensitive items (like body butters), we prioritize evening dispatches to avoid peak daytime heat during initial transit.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order is dispatched, the estimated arrival time depends on your location:

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp/SMS notification containing a Tracking ID and a link to track your package in real-time.
6. Packaging & Damage in Transit
We take extreme care in packaging your products—using eco-friendly dunnage and sturdy corrugated boxes to prevent leaks or breaks.

Important: If you receive a package that is visibly tampered with or damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at
support@beautybrats.in. -
Unboxing Video: We highly recommend filming a quick unboxing video. In the rare event of a missing or leaked item, this video helps us process your replacement within 24 hours.
7. Non-Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)
If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us.
