Refund policy

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 7 to 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact. Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, items that have been opened or used are generally not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be exempt from being returned:

  • Items on clearance or marked as "Final Sale."

  • Personal care tools or accessories that are not sealed.

  • Free gifts or promotional items.

3. Damaged or Wrong Products

  • If a product arrives damaged, leaked, or is the incorrect item (e.g., receiving Moringa instead of Ginger shampoo), customers should notify support within 24–48 hours.

  • It is often required to provide photos or an "unboxing video" as evidence to process these claims quickly.

4. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once the return is received and inspected, the customer is notified of the approval or rejection of the refund.

  • Method: Approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, etc.) within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are usually non-refundable. If a return is due to a customer's change of mind, they may be responsible for the return shipping fees.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are typically only replaced if they are defective or damaged. If a customer wants a different product, they usually have to return the original item and place a new order.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once the order is in the "Shipped" status, the standard return policy applies.
